Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase. Depending on the selected shipping method, delivery can take from 3 to 15 business days from the date the package is shipped. These times are indicative and may vary due to the carrier, peak periods, or delays beyond our control.

Once the indicated delivery period has passed, if your package has not yet arrived, we invite you to contact the delivery service you selected at the time of your order directly to open a claim or track your shipment. Sama cannot be held responsible for delays or losses that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
